Mr. Rajagopal Nadassan has an extensive background in taxation and legal practice, with particular focus on Income Tax, Real Property Gains Tax (CKHT), and Property Law. A proud veteran of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDNM), he began his career in 1977 and went on to serve in various senior capacities, culminating as Principal Assistant Director in the Policy and Advisory Division at IRB Headquarters. In that role, he was actively involved in tax policy formulation, legislative interpretation, and advisory work on significant tax matters.

Called to the Malaysian Bar on 19 August 2011 as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, Mr. Rajagopal went on to establish Messrs Rajagopal & Co. The firm today advises and represents clients across a wide spectrum of legal matters, including:

Ms. Sivaranjana Selvarajah was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 9 July 2020. In July 2020, she joined as a Legal Associate, bringing with her a sharp legal mind, an unyielding work ethic, and an innate ability to navigate complex legal challenges. Her exceptional contributions and outstanding track record led to her elevation as Junior Partner in October 2021, marking a significant milestone in the firm's growth and leadership expansion.
